Yesterday marked Day One of our 30 Day Cleanse Challenge. Our Clients and Social media followers voted on which options for our 30 Day Cleanse Challenge they would be most interested in learning about via our social media, blogs, and daily journals. The Options were 100% Vegan Diet, Raw Food Detox Diet, Smoothie Cleansing or 30 Days of Juice Fasting. The goal of the 30 Day Cleanse Challenge was to offer insight into how the different cleanses and diet work, whats needed, and what are the expected results. Our Social Media Followers were torn. So our new 30 Day Cleanse Challenge will be as follows:
