Throughout the 15+ years I’ve spent as a 3rd Generation colon therapist, the number of colon cancer cases in America continue to astound me. 1. Drink plenty of water
Your colon is the last organ to absorb any of the water you consume throughout the day. Therfore if you are not drinking enough water your colon is severly dehydrated.
