The Raw Food Diet

Picture
What is the Raw Food Diet and Cleanse?

I am a huge advocate of the Raw Food Diet wether you decide to go 100% Raw or much less it is still extremely beneficial to the bodies composition and digestion. Its my belief that Raw, God Made foods are what our bodies were originally designed to eat and therefore have the most nutritional benefit, healing effects, and best results to our overall health and digestion.

Raw Food usually refers to eating primarily Raw Planted Based Foods like Fruits, Veggies, Nuts Seeds, Sprouted Grains and Legumes. Uncooked foods tend to retain most of their nutritional value as opposed to cooking or steaming out the useful vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients. The more nutritional value in the foods you eat the more nourished your body will be.  Feeding our cells with proper nutrients is the number one purpose of any diet after all.

The Raw Diet can be an effective form of cleansing for someone new to the process, allowing your body the satisfaction of a full tummy with the cleansing benefits of a higher vegetable diet. Often times when having a primarily raw diet it is recommend to compensate with fresh green juice to add more calories in your daily diet. Fresh Green Juices can also add cleansing effects and speed up the process. When using the Raw Food Diet for Cleansing you can often experience detox effects like irregular bowel movements, Gas, Bloating but don't be alarmed. These side effects are your bodies natural way of releasing harmful toxins and chemicals from the organs. It is always recommended when doing the Raw Food Diet for Cleansing to incorporate a Colon Hydro therapy session.

The Raw concept does not have to be an all or nothing lifestyle you can always make a fraction of your diet raw to help with digestion, stimulate daily cleansing, support your organ function and maintain healthy weight. 30-60% of your diet should be Raw plant based foods and you will notice an immediate difference if it is.
Some of the results our clients have regularly experienced are:

Weight loss
Better Skin
Reduced Pain, Swelling & Inflammation
Increased Energy
Anti- Aging
Better Digestion
Disease and Illness Healing and Prevention
